Barnes & Hogan has been in existence for over 12 years. The company was set up by former investment bankers from the London City and capitalised on its network of contacts in the financial industry. The projects of clients of Barnes & Hogan had a geographic reach from Asia to South America and Africa.
In the last 5 years our focus shifted towards specialist property finance and development. Our clients included international construction companies and property developers and their projects ranged from a high-rise mixed-use tower in London to a large-scale ski resort and hotel in Switzerland.
From 2009 onwards, Barnes & Hogan has been offering a variety of efficient options for overseas investors looking to take advantage of the current market conditions for property investment within the United Kingdom.
