The 'Barnes & Hogan' name has been in existence since 2002, with the first entity initially set up in Channel Islands with administrative office in Zug, Switzerland. In 2010, the founders took decision to form a sister company in London, UK, with the view to prioritise investments into real estate assets on the territory of United Kingdom and Europe.
The initial focus of the group was on financial structuring and raising funds for private entities looking to develop hydrocarbon and mining assets in the developing countries. The company was set up by former investment bankers from the London City and had a geographic reach from Asia to South America and Africa.
